Le Bon Vivant Condominium is strategically located on the beach road, just 50 meters from the famous Praia Grande, 900 meters from Prainha, and just 50 meters from all local shops, including a bakery, supermarket, bars, and restaurants. 1 km from Praia dos Anjos and Forno, and 3 km from Pontal do Atalaia Beach. The apartment is safe, spacious, and airy, and features a covered parking space for one vehicle, 24-hour security, an elevator, a staircase, and a balcony with views of the sea and the condominium's outdoor area.

Guests who reserve the space have access to the condominium's facilities, such as the concierge, parking, elevator, stairs, pool, pool bar, game room, playroom, sauna, and access to the apartment during their stay. All common areas described above are available for guest use. The property is not responsible for the closure of common areas by express order of the Building Manager or for any orders to block common areas during the stay, such as in cases of heavy rain or wind, damage to equipment, or even temporary closures of common areas for maintenance. Guests do not have access to any area other than that described. IMPORTANT: The property has no relationship with the pool bar, and guests must pay for all products consumed. Guests must pay attention to and comply with all rules and information regarding the pool, the condominium, and the property, under penalty of fine.

Our accommodation is located in Praia Grande with a privileged view of the ocean and the best sunset in Arraial. Arraial is a tourist town and relatively small, allowing you to get to the main beaches on foot or even by car in less than 10 minutes.

To explore the other beaches in Arraial, guests can take a taxi, Uber, a private car, or even walk. The city has a complete infrastructure and urban planning. Guests arriving from another state or city will need public transportation (bus, private car, taxi, Uber, or similar services) to reach Arraial do Cabo.

Furthermore, the city has an international airport located in the neighboring city of Cabo Frio. The drive from the airport to Arraial to our accommodation takes an average of 16 minutes in light to moderate traffic. From the Cabo Frio bus station to our accommodation, it takes an average of 20 minutes in light to moderate traffic. From the Arraial do Cabo bus station to our accommodation, it takes an average of 5 minutes by car; it's only 1.1 km away.
